The Role

Anyday are preparing to open a new Brisbane CBD restaurant "Golden Avenue" (Mary & Edward St Pty Ltd) and are require a full time dynamic and experienced General Manager. The role will be responsible for the venue's day-to-day operations, including building, driving and developing a passionate team of likeminded individuals. The General Manager will also be required to ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences and oversee the upkeep of administrative and financial records. The role will focus on the improved implementation of company processes and procedures, ensuring compliance, quality food and service, and team morale.

• 3+ years of general management experience leading high-calibre restaurants in major cities.
• A concrete track record of operational and business success.
• Supporting your team in delivering world-class service to guests.
• Experienced in high volume restaurant trade
• Developing the teams through coaching, feedback, and consistent training.
• Mentoring the management teams through a hands-on approach.
• Working with managers and heads of departments to build and implement strategies to improve company culture, business, people, and overall business profitability.
• Overseeing service and ensuring processes and procedures in standards and compliance are followed.
• Managing costs to meet the company's financial goals without compromising service and our teams.
• A relentless drive for excellence and the determination to uphold and set consistently high standards.

The salary range on offer for this role is $120,000 - $140,000 Plus Super pending candidate experience.
