About Golden Avenue

Golden Avenue is a lush, open-armed take on Middle Eastern flavour. Smoky charcoal, woodfired breads, and garden terrace energy all come together under one roof. From mezze to mastiha, Habibi Funk to high-heat grills, Golden Avenue brings rhythm, smoke and sound to the heart of Brisbane. 

The Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our Golden Avenue Pre-Opening team. All roles are scheduled to commence from 28 July in preparation for our official opening. Our ideal supervisor is enthusiastic about beverages, can manage stock efficiently and is curios to grow in leadership. The is a Full-time role with a varying roster, some flexibility required.

• Previous experience leading shifts, managing stock & working to KPI's
• A passion for delivering an exceptional bar experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle high-pressure situations.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Maintain high levels of customer service.
• Passionate about delivering a high service standard to different clientele types. 
• Positively motivating the team
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests.
• Classic Cocktail knowledge is a must.
