The Role

Anyday is preparing to open a new Brisbane CBD restaurant in late 2025 and is now taking expressions of interest for an experienced and motivated Supervisor. You will support the management team in leading the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Acting as shift lead when required, you will oversee floor service, coach and develop staff, and uphold high standards of service and compliance. This role requires a proactive, hands-on leader with strong communication and organisational skills, ready to contribute to the culture and success of a new venue.

• Previous experience in leadership in premium dining 
• Ability to lead a team during service while maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, compliance, rostering and service standards
• Confidence in coaching, mentoring, and supporting team members 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of RSA, WHS, and food safety requirements
