The Role

You will support the Bar Manager in leading a team that delivers exceptional drinks service while also contributing to the setup, culture, and early momentum of the venue. From team training and systems preparation to service management and guest engagement, this is a unique opportunity to help shape the identity of a new venue from the ground up.

• Previous experience in a bar leadership or supervisory role
• Confident in managing service, team motivation, and guest engagement
• Comfortable training bar staff on products, recipes, and service techniques
• Familiar with beverage stock control, ordering, and POS operations
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to lead with calm, professionalism, and humility
• Understanding of liquor licensing and RSA compliance
• Passion for hospitality, drinks culture, and continuous team improvement
• RSA certificate required.
