The Role

The French Exit is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Bartender to join our team. This is a hands-on role in a high-paced environment, ideal for someone who takes pride in service and thrives on delivering warm and refined guest experiences. You will work closely with the floor team to execute beverage service that complements the character and rhythm of the venue, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, precision and efficiency behind the bar.

• Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume or quality-driven venue
• Confidence in preparing both classic and contemporary cocktails
• Strong knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines and non-alcoholic offerings
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both bar and floor teams
• A calm, composed demeanour during high-pressure service periods
• Meticulous attention to detail in presentation, cleanliness and organisation
• A positive and respectful approach to team culture and shared responsibilities
• RSA required
