About Le Royale

Le Royale is Brisbane’s late-night bar where the golden hour never quite slips into the eve. Burgundy banquettes, velvet curtains, and a house band swinging through sly takes on pop classics set the stage for cocktails mixed with style and a touch of theatre. Slink in for a night that lasts longer than planned, or just long enough to make you come back for more.

The Role

In preparation for the opening of Le Royale, we are looking for Bar Supervisors. Leading by example from the front, this role will exemplify excellent guest interface and professional bartending as a model for junior staff members. You will support the bar leadership team to ensure a smooth pre-opening, setting standards for product, service and team culture. Our ideal supervisor is enthusiastic about beverages, can manage stock efficiently and is curious to grow in leadership. We can offer casual or full-time positions with a varying roster; some flexibility required.

• Previous experience leading shifts, managing stock and working to KPI's
• A passion for delivering an exceptional bar experience (one that includes table service) 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle high-pressure situations
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Maintain high levels of customer service
• Passionate about delivering a high service standard to different clientele types
• Positively motivating the team
• Classic Cocktail knowledge is a must
• RSA certificate required
