The Role
Anyday are looking for Assistant Managers and Restaurant Managers for our upcoming venues throughout 2025 and 2026 and are meeting with interstate talent. These are hands-on roles, suited to someone who is service-driven, highly organised, and excited to mentor and support a growing front-of-house team.You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, contributing to staff development, and maintaining the warm, polished style of service that defines Anyday. Your ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and uphold high service standards will be key to the role’s success.
- Proven experience in a supervisor or assistant manager role in a high-volume café or casual dining setting
- A calm, efficient presence on the floor with a focus on leading by example
- Strong communication skills and an approachable leadership style
- Ability to manage rosters, support with inventory, and assist in day-to-day venue operations
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and attention to detail
- Availability across weekdays and weekends as required
- RSA Certificate required
